oday, Congressman Mark Amodei (NV-2) issued the following statement on the Supreme Court's decision in the King v. Burwell case affecting the Affordable Care Act (ACA):

"In my experience, every issue that is uber-politicized is hopelessly ruined in terms of finding the right policy solution and health care is the most far-reaching of those issues. The ACA started as a legislative mess in Congress. The executive branch legislated further. And the judicial branch continued the legislative free-for-all. It now falls to Congress to clean up the mess."
