Newsletter: I Voted Against Fast Track

I wanted to follow up from my email last week because I heard you loud and clear.

I voted NO on giving President Obama Trade Promotion Authority because I heard overwhelmingly that my constituents were opposed to it. Giving the administration this authority would have taken power away from us in Congress.

If the administration negotiated a bad trade deal, it could be damaging for Northeast Ohio.

The more I hear from you, the better I am able to represent you. I hope you'll stay in touch with me going forward.
