*Diversifying and strengthening our economy by creating viable career pathways and training programs aligned with workforce demands within the community college system, and developing incentives for emerging and sustainable high-growth industries.
*Identifying barriers for working women and families and address these issues through comprehensive changes in policy and practice.
*Working with industry leaders and state agencies to identify those policy and/or regulatory changes that need to be made that can make significant difference for businesses, similar to the work done with the Bureau of Conveyances and the timeshare industry.
