Issue Position

With this year's record drought, California has woken up to how important it is to modernize our aging water infrastructure. Here in the Antelope Valley, we are heavily reliant on imported water from different parts of the state. Voters now have an opportunity to approve a bipartisan water bond that will fund the construction of new dams, improve conservation and the reliability of importing water to our community. I strongly support the water bond and other ways to secure our water supply which ensure the long-term viability of our community.
