President Obama admitted today that "we do not yet have a complete strategy" to train and equip Iraqi security forces in our war against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS), nearly one year after stating that the United States does not have a strategy to combat the rise and spread of ISIS.
Chairman McCaul: "It is no surprise this Administration does not have a "complete strategy' for training Iraqis to fight ISIS. What is surprising is that the President admitted it."
