With the lessons from his childhood on the difficulties small businesses face, Russell Fry knows how to create jobs, meet a budget, and make a payroll. He also knows that government often gets in the way of success. That's why, as our next Representative, Russell will fight to end the burdensome regulations that handicap our small businesses and stifle economic growth.
