Issue Position: Make education and our children's success a top priority

Issue Position

Through my service in local education at the K-12 and college levels, I have been directly involved in initiatives that provide scholarships, classroom enhancements and improve opportunities for interaction within our educational systems. It is critical that our tax dollars get properly allocated to our schools and that we keep ownership at the school level to leverage these funds appropriately. The future of Houston County is in those classrooms every day, and it is in everyone's best interest to secure a solid future for our children by preparing them well for that future.
