From Monroe to Adrian to Lansing, this week I traveled across Michigan's 7th Congressional District meeting with educators, small business owners, and local leaders. We discussed ways to grow the economy from the ground up to help get people back to work, make life more affordable, and increase opportunity for everyone. Weekly Update:

Toured the Southern Michigan Center for Science and Industry in Hudson to discuss career technical education programs to teach valuable workforce skills

Met with the CEO of Air Lift Company, a family-owned company in Lansing, and toured their expanding facilities

Attended the Chelsea Chamber's Annual Meeting and recognized the Chelsea Update and Chelsea District Library for winning leadership awards

Spoke at the Monroe County Chamber Legislative Luncheon about my work on your behalf to grow a healthy economy

Visited the Detroit VA with Rep. Debbie Dingell on Valentine's Day to thank our veterans for their service and deliver homemade valentines from local school children
