Moolenaar on Immigration Ruling: "The Court Made the Right Decision"

Today, Rep. John Moolenaar (R-Midland) released the following statement regarding the recent decision by federal Judge Andrew Hanen to delay the implementation of President Obama's executive actions on immigration.

"I think the Court made the right decision. In light of it, I hope the President will abandon his plan for unilateral executive actions on immigration. Our country needs Congress and the President to work together on comprehensive immigration reform that secures the border first, treats legal immigrants fairly, and allows for skilled workers to come to the U.S. through a legal process to pursue the American Dream," said Moolenaar.
