Mr. PETERS. Mr. Speaker, on March 18, 2015 the House voted on final
passage of H.R. 1030 and I intended to vote ``no'' on rollcall vote No.
125. I strongly oppose this bill that undermines the Environmental
Protection Agency's ability to use the best science available in
carrying out its responsibility to protect public health.
