Weber Votes Against Funding the President's Executive Amnesty

Today, the House of Representatives voted on the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act. The legislation passed by a vote of 219 to 206 and now goes to the Senate for a vote. Representative Randy Weber (R-Friendswood) made the following statement:
"If I had voted for this Cromnibus, it would have been a vote to fund the President's executive amnesty. I could not in good conscious vote for a bill that would allow this President to act unilaterally and give him another chance to circumvent Congress and our Constitution."
