Hoyer Receives High Marks on Environmental Scorecard from League of Conservation Voters

odaythe League of Conservation Voters (LCV), a national nonpartisan environmental organization, released their 2014 National Environmental Scorecard. This year, Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-5) received a 91% rating from the LCVfor his votes on key environmental issues. The LCV's 2014 scorecard scores Members on votes taken in the second session of the 113th Congress. It includes 5 Senate and 35 House votes on issues ranging from energy and climate change to wildlife conservation and spending for environmental programs.
