Duffy Rolls Out First 5 for '15 © Legislative Package

Press Release

Date: Jan. 15, 2015
Location: Washington, DC

U.S. Representative Sean Duffy (WI-07) introduced -- or "rolled out" as the former lumberjack prefers to say -- his first five legislative initiatives for 2015 and the 114th Congress today. The bills run the gamut from better care for our Veterans, and reigning in the EPA, to a common sense fix for railroad operators, and keeping a campaign pledge of setting term limits for Members of Congress.

Rep. Duffy offered, "The range of these bills is as vast as the 18,000 square miles that make-up the 7th Congressional District. They impact thousands of people who call this incredible part of our country home. Most of these bills have stemmed from conversations with constituents about how their government can better work for them.

"This is just the first set of bills I plan to introduce this Congress. I encourage more of my constituents to continue to share their needs and concerns with me, so I can continue to do what I can to make life a little better for them."
