Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) made the following statement on Governor Nikki Haley's inauguration for a second term as South Carolina's 116th Governor:
"Congratulations to Governor Haley as she begins her second term as our state's governor. I'm proud that together in South Carolina, through her tireless efforts, we have been able to grow the Palmetto State's economy and create good jobs by attracting and retaining quality employers.
"I look forward to continuing to work closely with Governor Haley to improve the lives of Palmetto State residents in every corner of our great state.
"God Bless South Carolina and our Governor."
