U.S. Representative Mike Kelly (R-PA) was selected by House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) to deliver the weekly Republican address to the nation on Saturday, December 20, 2014. Rep. Kelly represents Pennsylvania's Third Congressional District, and his holiday-themed message focused on the importance of developing all forms of American energy for the sake of spurring new job creation and robust economic growth.

"I am sincerely honored to be selected by Speaker Boehner to deliver this week's national address on behalf of our colleagues," said Rep. Kelly. "My message will echo the American people's strong support for unleashing our nation's vast energy potential in order to usher in new jobs, lower energy costs, and a much stronger economy. Especially as Americans gather with loved ones during this season of hope, it's crucial that we chart an optimistic course for the future that seizes all of the abundant, affordable, and accessible energy resources that we've been blessed with. From coal production to the Keystone Pipeline construction, it's time for President Obama to work Republicans to give the American people the energy future they want and deserve."
