Cramer Statement on Northern Plains UAS Test Site Milestone

Today Congressman Kevin Cramer issued the following statement after the Northern Plains (UAS) Unmanned Aircraft Systems Test Site received a Certification of Authorization (COA) from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA):

"This great milestone will allow the partnership between private industry, and various local and state government entities, to continue making our state a premier location for the safe testing of UAS. I remain confident in the ability of North Dakota to lead the way for our nation and world in responsibly developing this rapidly advancing technology, which has great potential for implementation in precision agriculture and other industries."
