Cramer Statement on Commemoration of the Grand Fork AFB Enhanced Use Lease

Today Congressman Kevin Cramer issued the following statement after participating in the commemoration of the official execution of the Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) between the U.S. Air Force and Grand Forks County:

"There is much to celebrate today, including the partnership between private businesses and local government agencies which has led to this breakthrough site for the UAS industry. In addition to affirming North Dakota's position as a leader for our nation and world in responsibly developing this rapidly advancing technology, this beneficial use of excess base capacity will be a source of revenue for the Air Force."
