Today, U.S. Representative Richard Hudson (NC-08) issued the following statement in reaction to President Obama's State of the Union address:
"After the clear rejection of his agenda, President Obama told the American people, "I hear you,' but after tonight's speech, it's clear that he's not listening. The President laid out a vision tonight that can only be described as a "war on the middle class.' Instead of proposing ideas to work with Congress, the President has chosen to double-down on the same old failed unilateral policies that hurt middle class families and hold our economy back."
