Fighting the Flawed Twin Tunnels Plan

Statement

Since I've had the honor of serving you, I've been proud to work in a coalition to stop the flawed Bay-Delta Conservation Plan (or BDCP). The BDCP would build new enormous tunnels underneath the Delta. These tunnels would drain our local water, and send it to Southern California and more than 3 million acres of farmland. This all comes at a huge cost to taxpayers - up to $20 billion.
