Horsford Statement On Veterans Day

Today, Representative Steven Horsford (NV-4) released the following statement in honor of Veterans Day:

"On this day each year, we remember and honor the sacrifices of our nation's veterans and their families. My prayers are with the families and friends of those we have lost. Our freedom and way of life is protected each and every day by brave men and women in the armed forces who have dedicated their lives to serving their country. America's heroes deserve the support and benefits they have earned when they return home.

"In October, my office delivered a record-breaking $120,000 to veterans in due benefits. With perseverance, we were able to move forward on the construction of a veterans clinic in Pahrump. Through the years, we were able to secure the necessary funding for Nellis Air Force Base. I will remain focused on serving those who have served us."
