Statement by John Thune on Congressional passage of Bankruptcy
April 14th, 2005 - Washington, D.C. - "I'm pleased this Congress was able to break years of gridlock to finally pass much-needed bankruptcy reform. This legislation now joins class action reform as two long-overdue Congressional achievements that will create new jobs and grow America's economy. I hope we can continue to work together in a bipartisan fashion to do the work of the American people."
