Ryan Zinke, candidate for Montana's lone Congressional seat, decisively won this evening's debate in Kalispell at the Flathead Valley Community College, hosted by the Daily Interlake.

Ryan Zinke once again provided direct and substantive answers to the questions and concerns of Montanans, while Lewis clung to his notes and talking points. John Lewis, despite having participated in multiple debates, seemed scattered and relied heavily on his notes to provide answers to the questions from the panelists.

"There are many distinct differences between my opponent and I," said Zinke. "The most notable of which is that I am focused on creating jobs in Montana and promoting more leadership and less politics, while my opponent is focused on doing the bidding of his allies in D.C."

"The Lewis campaign has been struggling to gain support, and Lewis' performance at the debates is a good example of why. Montanans know that D.C. is broken--they don't want someone representing them who has spent their life being part of the problem," said Zinke campaign spokeswoman Shelby DeMars.
