Tisei: President Obama Gets an "F" on Iraq, Has My Support

Statement

Richard Tisei said President Obama deserved an "F" for his handling of the war in Iraq. But then he said he would give the President the "benefit of the doubt" when it came to sending American troops to Iraq. I will never give Washington the "benefit of the doubt" when it comes to putting American troops in harms way.
