Stefanik Launches New TV and Radio Ads Highlighting Fresh, Bipartisan Ideas for the North Country

Press Release

Congressional candidate Elise Stefanik today launched two new ads highlighting her transparency and accountability agenda for North Country taxpayers, and her commitment to bringing fresh, new ideas to Washington.

In the new TV ad, "Fresh Ideas," Stefanik shares a host of fresh, new ideas for taxpayer transparency, accountability, and for modernized constituent services. The thirty-second ad will air on broadcast and cable beginning tomorrow.

The second new ad, "Fair Share," contrasts Elise's commitment to transparency with Democratic Manhattan millionaire Aaron Woolf's support for raising taxes, and his continued refusal to follow the bipartisan tradition of NY Senators Chuck Schumer & Kirstin Gillibrand in releasing his tax returns.

"Woolf is a millionaire many times over," the ad says. "Invested in big oil, big tobacco and big banks. And while Woolf has called on North Country small businesses to pay more in taxes, we have no idea if Aaron Woolf is paying his fair share."

The 60-second radio ad begins airing tomorrow in all markets.

Listen to "Fair Share" here.

"FRESH IDEAS" TRANSCRIPT (TV -- 30 Seconds):

STEFANIK:

I'm Elise Stefanik and I'm running for Congress to bring new ideas to Washington.

I only have 30 seconds, so here's a few.

Congress should live by the same laws as the rest of us.

No special subsides.

I'll read every bill and post every vote on Facebook.

This is a large district, that's why our mobile office will come to you.

Repeal common core.

Equal pay for women.

Preserve and protect Medicare and Social Security for our seniors.

I'm Elise Stefanik and I approve this message.
