Dr. Brian Babin's Statement Regarding the Supreme Court's War on the American Family

Dr. Brian Babin, Republican Nominee for Congress, Texas District 36, issued the following statement regarding the recent Supreme Court's War on the American Family

"Throughout America's 238 year history, the institution of marriage, as defined between one man and one woman, has been the foundation of our faith and our families. Despite wars, depressions, and terror attacks, our nation has endured because, while not always perfect, our families have endured.

Sadly, the U.S. Supreme Court has decided to effectively silence millions of Americans in States that support traditional marriage. Those of us who believe in traditional marriage, and upholding the sanctity of an institution as God intended, have rights as well. And this week, our government decided, yet again, to chip away at those rights.

Enough is enough. It is time to put an end to activist Justices and get back to the founding principles that made this nation the greatest in the history of the world!"
