Cramer Statement on Waters of the US Rule Extended Comment Period

Today Congressman Kevin Cramer issued the following statement in response to the extended comment period for the proposed Waters of the US rule.
"I'm glad to hear the comment period has been extended so American's voices can be heard, but no extra amount of time and input will improve this proposed rule to a point which will be acceptable," said Congressman Cramer. "Let's scrap this power grab and free our individuals and business people from at least some of the regulatory overreach and uncertainty this administration is so famous for."
