Joni Ernst Calls on Congressman Bruce Braley to Update Congressional Website to Reflect True Numbers

Today, Republican U.S. Senate Candidate Joni Ernst calls on Congressman Bruce Braley to update his Congressional website to reflect the new Senate Budget Committee analysis of the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) score of the deficit impact of Obamacare:

"During his eight years in Washington, Congressman Bruce Braley has failed to address our nation's fiscal problems, voting eight times to increase the debt ceiling and doubling our nation's debt. Today, new analysis shows that the big-government healthcare law he supported will increase the deficit by more than $100 billion over the next decade. Congressman Braley promised that Obamacare would reduce our deficit, but that was just another one of Congressman Braley's string of broken promises to Iowans. On his official website, Congressman Braley states that "This bill will provide much-needed relief for thousands of businesses in Iowa's First District and will reduce our deficit by more than $100 billion over the next 10 years and over $1 trillion in the 10 years after that.' I call on my opponent to tell the truth to Iowans and update his website to reflect the new numbers."
