Capito Raises $1.6 Million in Q3

West Virginia U.S. Senate candidate Shelley Moore Capito raised more than $1.6 million in the third quarter of 2014 -- the strongest quarter yet for the campaign. Capito has raised more than $8.2 million to date from all 55 counties in West Virginia and has $3.4 million cash on hand.

"The overwhelming outpouring of support from all 55 counties in the Mountain State shows that West Virginians are ready to elect a leader like Shelley Moore Capito who has a plan for getting people back to work and a positive vision for the future of this state. Natalie Tennant's extremely negative message and desperate personal attacks against Shelley Moore Capito are clearly not resonating with the voters of West Virginia," said Capito campaign spokesperson Amy Graham.
