Today, following her tour of Miller Mechanical, Congressional candidate Elise Stefanik announced her endorsement from the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
"I am honored to receive the endorsement of the National Association of Women Business Owners," said Elise Stefanik. "Growing up in a small business family, I have seen first hand the unique challenges they face, particularly under the current administration. If elected, I look forward to working with organizations like the NAWBO to fight for reduced regulations and a simplified tax code to help our small businesses in the North Country grow."
"We are pleased to announce Elise Stefanik as one of the NAWBO endorsed candidates for 2014," said Darla Beggs, NAWBO National Board Chair. "NAWBO has a long history of advocating on behalf of women entrepreneurs. It is exciting to be able to lend our endorsement to Elise Stefanik, who is a small businesswoman herself."
"Elise has a unique balance of public and private sector experience that we believe will make her a strong advocate for small business owners in the U.S. House of Representatives," continued Beggs.
