Today, Congressman Bill Cassidy (R-LA) commented on the President's strategy to degrade and destroy ISIL:

"ISIL will do anything to kill Americans. Our response must be forceful, sustained and relentless. It should continue until ISIL is destroyed. The President's strategy will be judged against this standard."
