Stutzman Statement on Air Strikes in Syria

U.S. Congressman Marlin Stutzman issued this statement following the President's remarks on air strikes in Syria.

"I commend the President for expanding air strikes into Syria, with the goal to destroy ISIS. It is important for terror groups all over the world to see that there are no safe havens, and the United States and our allies will not be intimidated in the face of grave threats.

"I am also pleased to see that several Arab states have partnered with America to carry out these strikes. It is important for the countries in the region to lead this fight to defeat terrorism in the Middle East in pursuit of a peaceful future.

"As this campaign moves forward, I will continue to pray for American military personnel and their families."
