Womack Statement on September 11th

Statement

Date: Sept. 11, 2014
Location: Washington, DC

Congressman Steve Womack (AR-3) released the following statement in remembrance of the Americans who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, and September 11, 2012:

"Today is a solemn day in our nation's history on which we remember the Americans who lost their lives to terror and all of the heroes who have henceforth fought to protect our great land and our freedom. There is no justification for the cowardly, senseless acts of violence that occurred on this day in 2001 and 2012, and there will be no justification for acts of terror in the future. America will not take threats from those who seek to destroy our nation and our way of life lightly. We will stay vigilant, and we will never forget these Americans and all of the heroes who have fallen in America's name."
