Defense & National Security

As the U.S. continues to face challenges to our national security, it is imperative that we continue to be the greatest military power in the world as well as an agent for peace. As the son of a World War II veteran, I know that a strong national defense is crucial to our nation's well-being. With my position on the Appropriations committee, I will work to ensure that Congress does everything in its power to guarantee our military leaders are receiving the resources they need to protect our nation.
