Blockbuster Lineup Set as 21st Century Cures Returns to Washington to Review Ideas Shared on the #Path2Cures

After weeks of events across the country, the bipartisan 21st Century Cures initiative returns to Washington next Wednesday, September 10, with another roundtable discussion about opportunities to accelerate the discovery, development, and delivery of new cures and treatments. Members will be joined by a distinguished panel of health leaders to review the feedback the committee has received via cures@mail.house.gov. The roundtable will take place at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2014, in room 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

"We launched 21st Century Cures earlier this year with the goal of getting improved cures and treatments to patients more quickly and keeping America at the forefront of medical innovation. We've been inspired by the tremendous outpouring of ideas from groups and individuals all across the country. As we move to the next phase of this initiative, we look forward to reviewing these ideas with our blockbuster lineup of accomplished leaders," commented full committee Chairman Fred Upton (R-MI) and Rep.
