Issue Position

Leroy believes that when elected officials betray the public trust, there has to be serious consequences. He also firmly believes in fair and open campaigns and elections. In the State Senate, Leroy will be a reformer who'll fight to force legislators to publicly disclose their outside income, will work to pass meaningful campaign finance reform and will fight to increase the penalties for public officials who break the law.
