As a Council Member, Leroy secured over $100 million in funds to improve our schools. This includes vitals monies to for construction and rehabilitation of schools to reduce class sizes and for new computers and science labs. In the State Senate, Leroy will fight to get Queens schools the resources they need, focusing on expanding after-school activities, arts and athletic programs.
