Craig Staats has strong business experience, including time as a business broker conducting business sales and acquisitions, where he was self-employed. Currently, he's a Regional Manager responsible for approximately 50 restaurants employing over a thousand people.

Says Staats, "I've worked with CEO's and franchisees striving to stay profitable. Together we've navigated challenges caused by the Affordable Care Act, as well as minimum wage issues. Through this, I spoke with employees trying to make ends meet with less hours and fewer jobs. Government can't create jobs. Government needs to create the right regulatory and tax environment so businesses and the free enterprise system can flourish."
