Tonko to Hold Telephone Town Hall on Economic Development Next Tuesday

Congressman Paul Tonko (NY-20) will hold a telephone town hall next Tuesday, August 5th at 7:25 p.m. to highlight federal efforts at economic development and the work Congress still must complete to help put people back to work and boost small businesses in the Capital Region. Tonko will listen to ideas, answer questions, and receive input from local residents in the hour-long conference call Tuesday night.

"As I talk to people throughout the region, the top concern I hear from constituents continues to be the growth of good-paying jobs and getting people back to work,"said Tonko. "The more we support middle-class workers and local small business owners through investing in a highly-skilled, well-trained future workforce, the faster we will see a more robust recovery that benefits Main Street as much as it does Wall Street."
