I've worked on my family farm most of my life. I understand what it means to run a business, and I know that for Americans to create jobs we must get government out of the way. In Congress I will work to eliminate red tape and create an environment where jobs can grow.

In the Legislature I was honored by the Association of Washington Businesses and the National Federation of Independent Businesses for my pro-jobs policies. During my time as Director of the Washington State Agriculture Department, Washington's agricultural exports doubled. I'm proud of my track record getting positive results for Central Washington.
