During our last legislative session, the legislature passed an "anti-bullying bill". Although the name may sound like it is a good bill, it is far from that! Despite all three Superintendents in Pine County having spoken against the bill, Rep. Faust voted along party lines to pass the bill. This failure in leadership must not go unnoticed. Minnesotans in District 11B deserve a legislator that represents their values, not someone who plays partisan games with our education system.
We must continue to be vocal in our opposition to this bill so that either the Senate or the Governor will stop this from becoming law!
