Concerning Water -- Managing and preserving our water and water rights is a top priority. We are faced with several important and serious issues, incuding the declining Odessa Aquifer, the maintenance and protection of the Columbia Basin Irrigation Project, and the severe water issues in Kittitas County. Water is a top priority for the 13th District.
