Money alone won't ever solve our problems in education. I'm a strong supporter of school choice. Competition in education will drive innovation and improve outcomes. Without government regulations and mandates, teachers, parents, and their local representatives would have the freedom to decide how and where funds are allocated. These decisions should be made at the local level, not in Washington.
