It's one of Governor Snyder's worst ideas - taxing senior pensions and taking a new bite out of everyone's financial security. I'll work to repeal the senior tax, and restore the child-care credit as well. That's what we ought to do with our budget surplus, which was created by shifting the tax burden to parents and seniors.
