Making our communities safer

I have been a proven advocate for correctional officers in particular and law enforcement officers in general I always make sure they have the resources needed to appropriately conduct their job. Crime rates are at an all time low yet some of our residents still do not feel safe in their homes. This is because a small percentage of criminals are chronic re-offenders. As your Delegate I will fight to expand programs that help with reentry and drug treatment for non-violent offenders.
