In recent years, Maryland has cut taxes on millionaires, yacht owners, Hollywood studios, and multinational weapons dealers. But efforts to create a living wage, provide paid sick leave and fully fund our retiree pensions have stalled. It's time to get our priorities straight and end trickle-down economics in Maryland.
