Create competition in Kansas by removing barriers that keep good carriers from our state. Greater competition produces lower premium rates.
Review our cumbersome regulatory process that discourages carriers from offering products to Kansans that are readily available in other states.
Develop a reciprocity agreement with neighboring states and coordinate efforts to approve products and make them available to the public in a more expeditious and less costly manner.
