Van Hollen Statement on OMB Director Nomination

Today Maryland Congressman Chris Van Hollen, Ranking Member of the House Budget Committee, released the following statement after President Obama announced that he would nominate Shaun Donovan to be the next director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB):

"Shaun Donovan has done outstanding work at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and I'm confident that experience will serve him well as the director of OMB. Our budget is a blueprint for our nation's priorities and our future. Secretary Donovan clearly shares President Obama's commitment to job growth and an economy that works for all Americans, and I look forward to working with him."
