Today, Congressman Scott Peters (CA-52) released the following statement in honor of Armed Forces Day:
"Today, as we celebrate Armed Forces Day, we take a moment as a country to honor and commemorate the heroism and sacrifice of our nation's military and their families. San Diego's military and veterans heritage is world-renowned and is a testament to our community's commitment to protecting our country, and supporting the men and women who serve in uniform."
