Congressman Tom Cotton (R-Dardanelle) released the following statement on House Speaker John Boehner's announcement that the House will vote on a resolution to create a new select committee to investigate the September 11, 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya that killed four Americans:
"I have long supported the creation of a select committee to investigate the terrorist attack on our embassy in Benghazi and I support the Speaker bringing this measure to the House floor for a vote. Four Americans, including our own Ambassador, lost their lives that night, and for almost two years the Obama Administration has sought to obscure the truth of its failure. It's time for the American people to get the answers they deserve."
