Issue Position

We know all too well that taxes and regulatory control stifle economic growth, and at a time when so many struggle just to get by, Idaho's families and job creators shouldn't have to hand over any more of their money to the government. Idaho's tax and regulatory burden is high compared to surrounding states. In fact, we are ranked near the bottom in business tax climate by the Tax Foundation. For Idaho to encourage investment from current and potential employers, that needs to change, and that will be a priority for me.
